Ceridwen Choo
CEO
Ceridwen is a seasoned veteran in the cards and payments industry, boasting nearly two decades of invaluable experience in the corporate realm. Recruited as part of the new leadership team at DCS Card Centre (DCS) to lead payment innovation and its entire rebranding, Ceridwen now provides the strategic direction for DCS Innov as CEO.
As Managing Director of the Payments & Innovation wing, she spearheaded DCS's transformation, introducing features like #cardyourassets, enabling cardholders to increase spend limits with bank transfers and digital assets.
Ceridwen also pioneered DCS Tokens, the first payment token pegged to USD and SGD. Formerly in leadership roles at DBS, HSBC, Mastercard, and part of Railsbank's APAC founding team, she is dedicated to financial literacy and inclusion, evident in her passion for accessible financial solutions.
Rachel Ong
Product Marketing Lead
Rachel is a dynamic force in the Web3 realm, with over a decade of experience driving global initiatives in entrepreneurship and finance. With a specialised focus on blockchain technology for more than 5 years, Rachel brings keen insights and a meticulous approach to her role as the Product Marketing Lead at DCS Innov.
Previously the co-founder of Omnis Crypto in 2017, she demonstrated entrepreneurial prowess by overseeing mining operations and managing trading portfolios, contributing significantly to the company's growth. Rachel's expertise and strategic acumen consistently yield outstanding results in her role at the forefront of Web3 innovation.
Chen Xiang

Chen Xiang is a versatile banking and payments professional with extensive experience, including a decade-long stint at Citibank followed by a successful transition into the fintech realm through leadership roles at Alipay.
His expertise in management spans across the ambits of project, implementation, product, and business management, demonstrating a knack for navigating fintech complexities. A forward-thinker, he actively stays ahead of industry trends and now leads the innovative efforts at DCS Innov to bridge the gap between Web2 payment systems and the decentralised world of Web3, addressing pressing customer needs amid a fast-changing payments landscape.
